Workware provides a platform for accessing, creating, and sharing n8n workflow templates and automation solutions. We also offer consulting services for workflow automation and integration solutions.

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any workflows, templates, or content you create or upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
4.2 Content Standards
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code or viruses
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Violates the privacy rights of others
4.3 Public Workflows
Workflows you mark as public may be viewed, copied, and used by other users. Do not include sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information in public workflows.
5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Workware and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Workflow Templates
Workflow templates provided through our Service are made available for your use. You may use, modify, and deploy these templates for your purposes, subject to any specific license terms accompanying individual templates.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Engage in automated scraping or data harvesting
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services and platforms (such as n8n, Supabase, and various API providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Consulting Services
If you engage our consulting services, additional terms and agreements will apply. These will be provided separately and will govern the specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms for consulting work.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9.3 Workflow Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and functional workflow templates, we do not guarantee that workflows will meet your specific requirements or operate without errors. You are responsible for testing and validating workflows before deployment.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workware, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content following termination, subject to our data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workware operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workware regarding the Service.
